Scaffold Builder
Job Description
- Assemble scaffolding systems to provide access and support for construction activities.
- Dismantle scaffolding structures after completion of construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport scaffolding materials to and from the job site.
- Ensure materials are stored securely and are in good condition.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure scaffolding meets project needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate work activities. Perform routine maintenance on scaffolding equipment and materials.
- Inspect scaffolding components for damage and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure scaffolding stability and safety.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE), as required.
- Proven experience as a Scaffold Builder required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergency situations.
- Must be able to work at heights and have strong physical stamina.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and scaffolding plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Pass a 10-Panel drug screen.
