Job Description

Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices nationwide. We partner with businesses and jobseekers to place qualified individuals efficiently. Currently, CTS is reviewing resumes for HVAC Mechanics in Mobile, AL.
 
Job Description:
  • Install, maintain, and repair insulation and HVAC systems on marine vessels.
  • Repair and maintain AC units, ventilation fans, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment. 
  • Collaborate with other marine professionals to integrate HVAC systems with other vessel systems. 
  • Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems and address issues related to efficiency, air quality, and overall performance. 
  • Maintain accurate records of insulation and HVAC work performed, including specifications, materials used, and maintenance schedules.
  • Create and update technical documentation, diagrams, and schematics for insulation and HVAC systems. 
Job Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of various insulation materials and their applications in marine environments. 
  • High-level attention to detail.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to pass a 10-panel Drug Screen and Background Check.
  • Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience, preferably in a maritime or shipbuilding setting.
