- $500.00 Bonus after 30 days of Employment
- $140.00 a day per diem for those that qualify
Job Description:
- Brazing Qualification - Cuni, Copper, & Steel in 2F & 5F positions
- Installing and repairing piping systems onboard ships and submarines such as steam, heat, power, hydraulics, compressed air, sea water, freshwater and chilled water systems
- Conduct periodic spot checks for quality assurance on finished products
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Assemble, fabricate, install, test ship piping systems, and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment, according to specifications, by welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, and threading joints
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of ship terminology and ship compartment naming convention
- Blank systems in accordance with applicable safety standards
Job Requirements:
- Must have reliable/own transportation.
- 10 panel Drug Screen.
- Comfortable with heights.
- Lift 50lbs without assistance.
- Must understand the layout of the ship and compartment identification Basic reading, writing and math skills required.
